| 1. Tell me about your service quality? |
| Our printer can produce superb photo quality with a 1200 dpi writing system. It features a color layering technology that can provide a wide color gamut, continuous tones, and smooth color transitions. We use HP 81 dye ink that can achieve superb, color-rich images on a wide variety of large format media. Our printing materials are mostly from brand names like HP, Kodak, and ColorSpan, all of which are well known for their digital printing products. |
| 2. What is the largest size image I can upload? |
| We accept images up to 100MB. |
| 3. What is the best image size, format and resolution do you recommend? |
| Our large format printing requires at least 2 Megapixels. .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .tif, .tiff, .gif and .png files are ideal for large format prints but we accept the following as well: .bmp .tga, .vda, .icb, .vst, .png, .pct, .pict, .pdf, .pdp, .pcx, .psb, .eps. (Note: If your picture is over 10MB and it is in .bmp format, converting it to .jpg format would reduce the size dramatically.) |

| It taks about a day to print your art work. Normally, it takes about 3 days to ship your prints within US; it takes about 10 days for overseas. |
| 5. What about your return policy? |
| With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can return/exchange your order for any reason. Just simply fill out the return/exchange form within 30 calendar days after your order has been received. After 30 calendar days, any return or exchange is deemed invalid and will not be honored. |
| 6. Can your print be displayed outdoor? |
| Our polypropylene (banner) can be used outdoor. The rest of our media should only be used indoor. |
| 7. Do you carry any accessories for hanging? |
| Yes, we have grommets & poster hangers. Grommets are free with an order of print. You can only have up to 4 pairs of grommets per order. |
| 8. Do you ship outside of the US? |
| No, US only at this point. |
